Kahlua Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate, prepared/chilled as below

12 oz. Kahlua® Liqueur

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance with 6 oz. hot water to every 2 oz. Hot Chocolate Mix and chill.
  2. Combine prepared Hot Chocolate and Kahlua in saucepan. Mix well.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a rolling boil for 10-15 minutes or until sauce becomes syrupy.
  4. Chill.

Serving Suggestions: Pour over cheesecake. Offer as dipping sauce for mini dessert tray. Serve with fresh fruit. Top sweet-savory dishes, such as an Espresso Crusted Beef Tenderloin.
