YIELD: 1 beverage (approx. 6 oz.)

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Swiss Miss® Liquid Hot Chocolate (2700021910), prepared/chilled

½ oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Crème de Menthe Fountain
& Shake Syrup

2 oz. Heavy Cream

Ice

Reddi-wip® Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Flavored Whipped
Topping

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance per package directions and chill.
  2. Combine prepared Hot Chocolate, Crème de Menthe Syrup, and heavy cream in martini shaker and stir well.
  3. Scoop ice into 8-oz. glass; pour mixture over ice and top with Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.

HAPPY HOUR VERSION:

Substitute ½ oz. clear Crème de Menthe liqueur and 1¼ oz. Crème de Cacao liqueur for the Crème de Menthe Syrup.
