Spiced Pumpkin Latte

YIELD: 2 servings


2 c. Whole Milk

3 tbsp. Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed 2 tbsp. Pumpkin, canned

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground

1 c. Coffee, strongly brewed

1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1/8 tsp. Nutmeg, freshly ground

  1. Gently whisk together milk, brown sugar, pumpkin and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat until well combined and heated through.
  2. To the milk mixture, gently stir in coffee, vanilla, and nutmeg. Heat until steam is seen when stirring. Ladle into 2 mugs and top each with Sweet Foam.
