Mocha & Ice Cream Melt

YIELD: 1 beverage (approx. 12 oz.)

INGREDIENTS:

1 c. Hot Coffee, strongly brewed

1 env. (0.73 oz. ea.) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix (7092047491)

½ c. Vanilla Ice Cream, premium (½ c. = 1 lg. scoop)

Reddi-wip® Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Flavored Whipped Topping
(7027200112) or Reddi-wip® Light Cream Whipped Topping (7027249138)

               

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine hot coffee and cocoa and mix in small bowl until well blended; set aside.
  2. Place ice cream in glass; pour hot coffee mixture over ice cream. Top with Reddi-wip and serve immediately.

HAPPY HOUR VERSION:

Add 2 tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur for an adult indulgence.
