Chilled Espresso Caffe Shakerato

YIELD: 1 serving


1 tbsp. Reddi-wip® Barista Series Nitro Creamer

3 oz. Espresso

1 tsp. Granulated Sugar


  1. Dispense creamer into cocktail glass or champagne flute.
  2. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add espresso and sugar. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold and a lot of froth has formed inside, about 30 seconds.
  3. Using a cocktail strainer or slotted spoon to hold back ice, pour espresso and foam into the glass with the creamer. Serve immediately.
