Chillaxing Chocolate Martini

YIELD: 1 beverage (approx. 4 oz.)

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Swiss Miss® Liquid Hot Chocolate (2700021910), prepared/chilled

2 oz. Coffee Simple Syrup, prepared as below, chilled

1 env. (0.73 oz.) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix (7092047491)

Ice, as needed

Dollop of Reddi-wip® Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Flavored Whipped
Topping

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance per package directions; chill.
  2. Prepare coffee simple syrup: boil strong coffee with sugar to taste, cool to room temperature, and add a couple of drops of vanilla extract to taste. Chill.
  3. Rim 6-oz. martini glass with water, then dry Hot Chocolate Mix.
  4. Put ice into martini shaker. Add coffee and Hot Chocolate mixtures and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a dollop of Swiss Miss Reddi-wip.

HAPPY HOUR VERSION:

Substitute 2 oz. Kahlua® liqueur for the coffee simple syrup.
