Chai Tea Latte

YIELD: 2 beverages

INGREDIENTS:

2 Black Tea Bags

1 c. Water

1 c. Whole Milk

1/4 c. Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed

1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground

1/2 tsp. Ginger, ground

1/4 tsp. Allspice, ground

1/4 tsp. Cardamom, ground

Reddi-wip® Barista Series Sweet Foam

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small saucepan bring water to a boil, add tea bags, and remove from heat to steep for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in another small saucepan heat milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Remove the teabags from the first sauce pan and add the hot tea to the hot milk mixture, stirring to combine.
  3.  Divide between two mugs and top with Sweet Foam.
