Swiss Miss® Grasshopper
YIELD: 1 cocktail
3 oz. Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate, prepared/chilled as below
½ oz. Crème de Menthe, clear
1-1/4 oz. Crème de Cacao
2 oz. Heavy Cream
Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance with 6 oz. hot water to every 2 oz. Hot Chocolate Mix and chill.
Combine prepared Hot Chocolate, crème de menthe, crème de cacao and heavy cream in martini shaker and stir well.
Scoop ice into 8-oz. glass; pour mixture over ice and serve immediately.
