Swiss Miss® Chocolate Martini
YIELD: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Swiss Miss® Regular Hot Chocolate, prepared/chilled as below,
plus additional mix for garnish
Ice, as needed
2 oz. Kahlua® Liqueur
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance with 6 oz. hot water to every 2 oz. Hot Chocolate Mix and chill.
Rim 6-oz. martini glass with water, then dry Hot Chocolate Mix.
Put ice into martini shaker. Add Kahlua and Hot Chocolate mixture to shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass.
