
Root Beer Float
YIELD: 1 float
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. J. Hungerford Smith® RTU Root Beer Syrup (see recipe below)
12 oz. Carbonated Water
1 #16 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
DIRECTIONS:
Combine RT U Root Beer Syrup and carbonated water in a 20 fluid oz. glass; mix to combine.
Add ice cream and serve
Note: To make RTU Root Beer Syrup, combine 76 oz. sugar, 67 oz. water, and 16 oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Root Beer Double Concentrate; mix well.
