Pears on a Cloud
YIELD: 1 portion
4 slices Pears, canned
1 slice Pound Cake, 1” thick
2 #16 scoops French Vanilla Ice Cream
1 sprig Mint, fresh
On grill, in center of cooking grate, grill pear slices 5 minutes each side. Remove from heat. Place pound cake on grill cooking grate; cook each side 2 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from heat and set aside.
Dip a margarita glass in water, then into raw sugar to garnish edge. Place Reddi-wip® into bottom of glass. Top with slice of pound cake, ice cream, pears, and Caramel.
Sprinkle top with 1/4 tsp. raw sugar. Garnish with mint.
