Peaches & Cream Martini
YIELD: 2 cocktails
4 oz. Peach Brandy or Schnapps
2 oz. Peach Purée
2 oz. Reddi-wip® Barista Series Nitro Creamer
Peach Slices, optional
Put two martini glasses in the freezer while making the drinks.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add peach brandy or Schnapps, peach purée and Nitro Creamer. Cover and shake vigorously until extremely cold, about 1 minute.
Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with peach slices.
TIP: Make your own peach purée by blending 1 c. peeled peach slices, fresh or frozen, with 2 tsp. sugar and about 1 tbsp. water until smooth.
