Frozen Hot Chocolate

YIELD: 2 servings

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 c. 2% Milk

3 env. (0.73 oz. ea.) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix

2 c. Vanilla Ice Cream

Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Chocolate Syrup, optional

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat milk in glass measure in microwave on high 20 seconds or until warm. Stir in cocoa mix until blended.

  2. Pour cocoa and ice cream into blender; blend until smooth. Add Reddi-wip to bottom of serving glasses. Pour chocolate syrup around the rim of the glass, if desired. Pour frozen hot chocolate on top of Reddi-wip and then top with more Reddi-wip.
