
Extreme Churro Board Game

INGREDIENTS:
CHURROS
9 c. Water
1 c. Granulated Sugar
4 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 c. Butter, unsalted
9 c. All-Purpose Flour
9 Eggs
1-1/4 c. Cinnamon Sugar

90 Churro Sticks
5 c. Reddi-wip® Real Cream Whipped Topping
1-1/4 c. Cinnamon Cayenne Chocolate Sauce
1-1/4 c. J. Hungerford Smith® Caramel Fudge
40 Blackberries, cut in half
20 Strawberries, cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat fryer to 350°F. Add water, sugar, salt and butter to large sauce pot. Mix well to combine, then cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Let mixture come to a simmer, then add flour. Mix together until mixture can easily form a ball.
With a hand mixer, beat in eggs one at a time.
Place churro mixture into piping bag with a star tip. Pipe 3" churros into 350°F fryer. Fry churros for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Coat hot churros with cinnamon sugar. Cover and hold at room temperature.
TO ASSEMBLE: Place 3 churros on bottom of plate. Place another 3 churros going perpendicular on top of bottom row. Top with 3 churros in the same direction as first row to complete 3 rows total.
Drizzle churro stack with 1 tbsp. each cayenne chocolate sauce and Caramel Fudge. Top with 1/2 c. Reddi-Wip and garnish with an additional 1 tbsp. each cayenne chocolate sauce and Caramel Fudge.
Repeat with remaining churros and sauce. Complete the dish with a side of fresh berries.
