Espresso Martini

YIELD: 2 cocktails

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Espresso

2 oz. Coffee-Flavored Liqueur (such as Kahlua®)

1 oz. Vodka

Splash Vanilla Extract, optional

4 tbsp. Reddi-wip® Barista Series Sweet Foam

6 Coffee Beans

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put two martini glasses in the freezer while making the drinks.

  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka and vanilla, if using. Cover and shake vigorously until extremely cold, about 1 minute.

  3. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top each with Sweet Foam and coffee beans.
