Dalgona Mocha

YIELD: 2 beverages

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp. Instant Coffee Powder 

2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar 

4 tbsp. Hot Water, divided 

1 env. (1.38 oz ea.) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix

2 c. Milk (of choice) 

Reddi-wip® Extra Creamy Dairy Whipped Topping

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk together instant coffee, sugar and hot water in medium bowl until dissolved. Vigorously beat mixture with whisk until lightened in color, thickened, and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes by hand.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk hot chocolate mix into 2 tbsp. hot water until completely dissolved.

  3. Fill 2 cups with ice and fill each with 8 oz. of milk. Divide cocoa between the two glasses and top each with half the whipped coffee. Top each glass with Reddi-wip.
