1-½ oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Liquid Malt Fountain & Shake Syrup
2-½ c. Vanilla Ice Cream
¼ c. Milk
¼ c. J. Hungerford Smith® Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge Topping
¼ c. J. Hungerford Smith® Fulflavor® Chocolate Fountain & Shake Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour into a 16-oz. glass.
