INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 c. Fat-Free Milk2 e
nv. (0.55 oz ea.) Swiss Miss® Sensible Sweets™No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa Mix
1 tbsp. Instant Espresso Powder
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Whole Clove
1/8 tsp. Cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp. Ginger, ground
Reddi-wip® Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping
DIRECTIONS:
Place milk, hot cocoa mix, instant espresso, cinnamon stick, whole clove, cardamom and ginger in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until hot, whisking occasionally.
Remove and discard cinnamon stick and whole clove. Pour into heat-proof glasses or mugs; top with Reddi-wip and serve immediately.
TIP: Substitute 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon and a dash ground clove for whole spices. Reduce cardamom to a dash. Proceed with recipe as directed.
