
Candy Cane Shake
YIELD: 1 shake
INGREDIENTS:
7 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz. 2% Milk
2 oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Crème de Menthe Fountain & Shake Syrup
¼ c. Candy Canes, coarsely crushed
¼ oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Simple Syrup Fountain Syrup
2 tbsp. Candy Canes, finely crushed, for garnish
Reddi-wip® Real Cream Whipped Topping
DIRECTIONS:
In blender, combine ice cream, milk, Crème de Menthe Syrup and coarsely crushed candy canes; purée until smooth.
Dip rim of large chilled glass in Simple Syrup and roll the edge in finely crushed candy canes.
Serve in garnished shake glass; top with Reddi-wip. Sprinkle with a few large pieces of crushed candy cane if desired.
