INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Swiss Miss® Liquid Hot Chocolate (2700021910), prepared/chilled
½ oz. J. Hungerford Smith® Crème de Menthe Fountain
& Shake Syrup (2700022390)
2 oz. Heavy Cream
Ice
Reddi-wip® Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Flavored Whipped
Topping (7027200112)
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare Hot Chocolate in advance per package directions and chill.
Combine prepared Hot Chocolate, Crème de Menthe Syrup, and heavy cream in martini shaker and stir well.
Scoop ice into 8-oz. glass; pour mixture over ice and top with Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.
Happy hour version:
Substitute ½ oz. clear Crème de Menthe liqueur and 1¼ oz. Crème de Cacao liqueur for the Crème de Menthe Syrup.
